Shipping Domestic

All local shipping is handled via Australia post (express post) unless otherwise stated. Postage cost is included with all knife purchases.

Shipping International

International shipping is handled via DHL international express and included with “most” international locations, (Additional shipping fees may apply). A complimentary Insurance is included at the value of $500 AUS. Additional fees apply for items being insured for a higher value then stated above. It is not the responsibly of the nine for any items lost while in transit that is not insured to the full value of the item. Taxes and or duties that may occur at the destination country are to be payed by the buyer.

Knives longer then 240mm are sent out via a postage tube while any knife shorter then 240mm is sent out in a presentation box. All effort is taken to recycle waste and to avoid the use of plastics (unless being re used) so received protective packaging material is re used on items sent out, it may not look pretty but its going straight in the bin anyway right?

Returns

If your item is received damaged please email us immediately so that we can contact the courier for insurance purposes.

If an item received does not meet your expectations please email us to discuss your concerns. It’s important that each knife I send out holds the same value for you as it did for me.
